Baureihe Clothing Company
For this project, I was tasked with creating illustrations for clothing products based on the theme of trains. What made this assignment particularly exciting was that each image had to be created in a different style. The illustrations include digital paintings, anime-style images, cartoon scenes, film noir, and graffiti. In each case, the workflow began with 3D modeling of the trains to ensure the most accurate and realistic rendering possible. From there, I moved on to creating each specific image in the specified style.
Short Story Illustrations
This series of illustrations was created for a short story set in a future where only one human remains on Earth; everywhere else, intelligent, somewhat humanoid cats have taken over. This is not a dystopian future, but a peaceful and orderly world where there are no wars or genocides; humans have simply run out. In the story, a journalist interviews the last living human.
Uncharted 4
I created this image for my favorite game, Uncharted 4. The scene takes place after the final installment, in an imagined moment when Elena and Drake’s daughter sneaks out for a little evening adventure, while her parents have long since settled into a peaceful, adventure-free life.
The Byzantine Golden Ma
This image was created as a teaching aid to illustrate a legal case.
According to the story, Dorotheus was a wealthy and influential nobleman in Constantinople whose distinguished lineage, wealth, and career at court made him the object of many people’s envy. His wife, Johanna—renowned for her beauty and piety—gave birth to three children and had a particularly close relationship with her pagan slave, Arsinoé. Dorotheus did not like Arsinoé, yet he became involved in a secret affair with her, which resulted in the birth of a son. Fearing that the child might later expose the illicit relationship, Dorotheus sold the newborn. After Johanna’s unexpected death, Dorotheus returned to court life, while Arsinoé continued to care for the household and the children. When Emperor Justinian appointed Dorotheus as guardian of the imperial inkwell, Dorotheus hosted a family dinner to celebrate the promotion. Out of revenge, Arsinoé poisoned the guests’ drinks, but she spared Dorotheus so that he could watch his relatives and children die. Realizing the horror of the situation, Dorotheus drank the poisoned wine himself and died in Johanna’s bed, while Arsinoé vanished forever.

The Walking Dead
I drew this illustration as fan art for the final issue of my favorite comic book series, Robert Kirkman’s 'The Walking Dead'. The story is very close to my heart; I haven’t read anything better in the genre since.
